In Rage 2, there are 13 Arks to find. Whenever players come across an Ark, they can hold in the left bumper to open it and then take the prize inside. It does take a little time to open Arks with this method, so players should make sure that the area is clear of enemies before they attempt to open one.

Here is where to find all of the Arks in Rage 2.

1. Vineland Ark

Reward: Nanotrite Injector

This Ark is encountered during Rage 2’s very first story mission. Players have to open this Ark if they want to continue the game, as it has the Nanotrite Injector inside.

2. Quake Hill Ark

Reward: Vortex

3. Junkers Pass Ark

Reward: Shatter

4. Great Crack Ark

Reward: Grav-Jump

5. Canyon Cove Ark

Reward: Defibrillator

The Canyon Cove Ark is definitely one of the most important Arks players can visit in Rage 2. It’s at Canyon Cove where players will find the Defibrillator, which can be used to bring Rage 2 protagonist Walker back to life in the event he’s killed, giving players a second chance to complete their mission.

6. Strongbox Ark

7. Earthscar Ark

Reward: Slam

8. Spikewind Ark

Reward: Barrier

9. Shrouded Vault Ark

Reward: Charged Pulse Cannon

10. Dealypipe Ark

Reward: Rush

11. Dank Catacomb Ark

12. Needle Falls Ark

Reward: Grav-Dart Launcher

13. Greenhaven Ark

While most of Rage 2’s special abilities and weapons are found in Arks, it’s worth pointing out that isn’t the case for all of the weapons in the game. For example, the Settler Pistol is a pre-order bonus that is found by completing the Cult of the Death God mission.

The BFG 9000 weapon in Rage 2 is obtained by a different method as well. To get the BFG 9000, Rage 2 players need to buy the Deluxe or Collector’s Edition of the game, link their Bethesda account, and then claim the BFG 9000 from the meteor in Vineland.

Future updates for Rage 2 will likely add even more Arks, weapons, and abilities for players to find, but for now, these are all the ones in the game (minus a second story-based one where players get the Combat Shotgun).
